空壓機的(de)停用在各個單位(wèi)都常有發(fā)生。那麼在初次開(kāi)機前(qián)空壓機(jī)停放時間超過三個月或空(kōng)壓(yā)機停用時(shí)間超過三個月,再次開機前需要(yào)采取有(yǒu)效(xiào)措施,bi須(xū)先請專業空壓機人員對機器(qì)進行保養檢測,制(zhì)定安全措施,避免開機後發生不良(liáng)狀況。
The shutdown of air compressors often occurs in various units. 1、先(xiān)檢查電路狀态,是否(fǒu)正常供(gòng)電,電壓是否穩定;測量電動機絕(jué)緣電阻,數值大于1MΩ。
1. Check the state of the circuit first, whether the power supply is normal, whether the voltage is stable; Measure the insulation resistance of the motor, the value is greater than 1M.
2、檢查空壓機配件上是否含有積水,灰塵,及時清理。

5、更換三濾和潤滑油(yóu)。因為在長(zhǎng)期不(bú)用的情況下,三濾,油可能發生老化(huà)現象,從而(ér)造成空壓(yā)機開機運行時間(jiān)不長即結膠積碳或堵塞,油路不暢使空壓機主機或其他零部件損壞。
5. Replace three filters and lubricants. 6、專業人員試機,電(diàn)路改造後人工控制(zhì)加載卸載,先空載運行10分鐘以(yǐ)上,檢測各項指(zhǐ)标和震動、噪音等正常,再進行加(jiā)載,查看各部(bù)件運行正常即(jí)可。
