空壓機轉(zhuǎn)子間隙調節(jiē)依據标準淺議

空(kōng)壓機轉子是高速(sù)轉動的,而端面是(shì)靜(jìng)止,它們之間存在有一定的間隙,而壓縮機功率越大所調的間隙也(yě)會增大。壓縮機轉子在裝配時很重(zhòng)要的一步就是調節其間隙,調大(dà)的話影響壓縮機排氣量,小的話(huà)容易摩擦發生高溫現象。螺杆壓縮機的(de)排端間隙是是設計者在設計的時(shí)候确(què)定了的。一般間隙是根據機器的大小、運行工況、轉(zhuǎn)子及其缸體(tǐ)的材料等因(yīn)素定(dìng)的。間隙隻要在一定的範圍内,不會影響(xiǎng)機器的正常運(yùn)行。

As long as the clearance is within a certain range, it will not affect the normal operation of the machine.


如果空壓機機頭使(shǐ)用(yòng)多年後需要大修,維修時最好是(shì)能從制造(zào)廠商那了解該機(jī)頭的(de)間隙範圍,而且最好是能在拆機器的時候測式該機器準确的間隙值,安裝的時候盡量保證這個間隙值。當然,各個廠家(jiā)的結構不一樣(yàng),間隙調整也有區别(bié),要具體問題具體分析。如果所說的機頭故障屬于工況環境導緻,可以(yǐ)通過惡劣工況下(xià)用空氣過濾器,改(gǎi)善運行環境,從源頭呵護主機,降低運行成本。

螺杆空壓機主機的進、排氣端面間隙,主要(yào)是考慮(lǜ)密封腔中的各個熱(rè)膨脹所(suǒ)引起的情況(kuàng),因此(cǐ)留有不同間隙。此外,又因(yīn)排氣端的(de)受力大于進氣端(duān),所以在排氣端用了止推軸承。排(pái)氣端間隙(xì)過大,影響壓縮效率;過小(xiǎo),熱膨(péng)脹間隙也要必(bì)須保證。這時,也要考慮到軸(zhóu)承的遊隙。在維修(xiū)主機時,可以适當放寬一點,主要(yào)是保證正(zhèng)常運轉。轉子與機(jī)殼之間的間隙,大體上同上。螺杆主(zhǔ)機是精密部件,要充分掌握相關維修技術,才(cái)能進行很(hěn)好地維護。最後(hòu),将維修好的主(zhǔ)機進行相關的檢查(chá),再按部就班地進行總裝試車後投入運行。
